  1. Open the link your ASM sent you, and tap Add to Home Screen. اپنے اے ایس ایم کا بھیجا ہوا لنک کھولیں اور «ہوم اسکرین پر شامل کریں» دبائیں۔

  4. Pick your city and area, then choose the shop from the list. اپنا شہر اور علاقہ منتخب کریں، پھر فہرست میں سے دکان چنیں۔
  5. Book the order and save. You do not need to email anything. آرڈر درج کریں اور محفوظ کریں۔ کوئی ای میل بھیجنے کی ضرورت نہیں۔
Once you are on the app, stop sending orders on the old form. Sending both means your order is counted twice. ایپ پر آنے کے بعد پرانے فارم سے آرڈر بھیجنا بند کر دیں۔ دونوں سے بھیجنے پر آرڈر دو بار شمار ہوگا۔

How to / طریقہ

Book an order آرڈر کیسے درج کریں
  1. Choose city, then area, then the shop. پہلے شہر، پھر علاقہ، پھر دکان منتخب کریں۔
  2. Enter the quantity against each product the shopkeeper orders. دکاندار جو پروڈکٹ منگوائے، اس کے سامنے تعداد لکھیں۔
  3. Check the rate. You can change it if the agreed rate is different. ریٹ دیکھ لیں۔ اگر طے شدہ ریٹ مختلف ہو تو آپ اسے بدل سکتے ہیں۔
  4. Tap Save. The order goes to the office immediately. «محفوظ کریں» دبائیں۔ آرڈر فوراً دفتر پہنچ جاتا ہے۔

Still save the visit. Choose a reason — shop closed, no need today, stock still with him, payment issue, or another reason.

A visit with a reason still counts as a visit for your coverage and your award. وجہ کے ساتھ درج کیا گیا وزٹ آپ کی کوریج اور ایوارڈ میں شمار ہوتا ہے۔
Add a new shop نئی دکان شامل کرنا

If the shop is not in the list, tap Add new shop. Enter the name, area, city and shop type.

If the app warns that a similar shop already exists, read the names carefully. The same shop entered twice splits its record in two. اگر ایپ بتائے کہ ملتی جلتی دکان پہلے سے موجود ہے تو نام غور سے پڑھیں۔ ایک ہی دکان دو بار درج ہونے سے اس کا ریکارڈ تقسیم ہو جاتا ہے۔
Record a return واپسی درج کرنا

On the shop screen, open Sales return. Enter the product, quantity, and reason — damaged, expired, wrong delivery, not selling, or replacement.

دکان کی اسکرین پر «سیلز ریٹرن» کھولیں۔ پروڈکٹ، تعداد اور وجہ لکھیں — خراب، ایکسپائر، غلط ڈلیوری، فروخت نہیں ہو رہی، یا تبدیلی۔

A visit with only a return is a valid visit.

صرف واپسی والا وزٹ بھی مکمل وزٹ شمار ہوتا ہے۔

Problems / مسائل

The app will not take my location ایپ لوکیشن نہیں لے رہی
Usually the phone has blocked location for this page — often from one tap a long time ago. You will not see any pop-up asking you. عام طور پر فون نے اس صفحے کے لیے لوکیشن «بلاک» کر رکھی ہوتی ہے — اکثر بہت پہلے ایک بار دبانے سے۔ اس صورت میں آپ سے کوئی اجازت نہیں مانگی جاتی۔

Android

  1. Tap the small icon to the left of the web address at the top (a padlock, or two small sliders). اوپر ویب ایڈریس کے بائیں طرف چھوٹا سا نشان دبائیں (تالا یا دو چھوٹی لائنیں)۔
  2. Tap Permissions → Location → Allow. «Permissions» → «Location» → «Allow» دبائیں۔
  3. Still not working? Phone Settings → Apps → Chrome → Permissions → Location → Allow, and turn on precise location. پھر بھی نہ چلے تو: فون کی سیٹنگز → ایپس → کروم → Permissions → Location → Allow، اور «precise location» آن کریں۔

iPhone

  1. Tap aA at the top of the screen. اسکرین کے اوپر «aA» دبائیں۔
  2. Tap Website Settings → Location → Allow. «Website Settings» → «Location» → «Allow» دبائیں۔
You can still save the order. The app will ask you to type the reason. Never lose an order because of this. آپ پھر بھی آرڈر محفوظ کر سکتے ہیں۔ ایپ آپ سے وجہ لکھنے کو کہے گی۔ اس مسئلے کی وجہ سے آرڈر کبھی ضائع نہ کریں۔
"You are far from this shop" «آپ اس دکان سے دور ہیں»

The app shows how far you are. It does not stop you saving — type the reason and continue.

ایپ بتاتی ہے کہ آپ کتنی دور ہیں۔ یہ آپ کو محفوظ کرنے سے نہیں روکتی — وجہ لکھ کر آگے بڑھیں۔

Common reasons: the shop's location was saved wrong, you are standing outside the market, or the shopkeeper called you from another place.

I cannot find the shop in the list دکان فہرست میں نہیں مل رہی
  1. Check the city and area at the top are correct. اوپر شہر اور علاقہ درست منتخب ہے یا نہیں، دیکھ لیں۔
  2. Type only part of the name — one distinctive word works best. پورا نام نہ لکھیں، صرف ایک خاص لفظ لکھیں۔

  4. Still not there? Add it as a new shop. پھر بھی نہ ملے تو نئی دکان شامل کر دیں۔
It says I already have a visit open «آپ کا ایک وزٹ پہلے سے کھلا ہے»

The app allows one shop at a time, so orders do not get mixed up. Finish or cancel the open visit, then start the next shop.

ایپ ایک وقت میں ایک ہی دکان کی اجازت دیتی ہے تاکہ آرڈر آپس میں نہ ملیں۔ کھلا ہوا وزٹ مکمل کریں یا منسوخ کریں، پھر اگلی دکان شروع کریں۔
Your typing is not lost. If the app closes, the visit comes back when you open it again. آپ کا لکھا ہوا ضائع نہیں ہوتا۔ ایپ بند ہو جائے تو دوبارہ کھولنے پر وزٹ واپس آ جاتا ہے۔
There is no signal where I am جہاں میں ہوں وہاں سگنل نہیں

Write the order and tap Save. If it cannot go through, it stays on your phone and is sent automatically when the signal returns.

آرڈر لکھ کر محفوظ کریں۔ اگر نہ جا سکے تو وہ آپ کے فون میں محفوظ رہے گا اور سگنل آتے ہی خود بخود چلا جائے گا۔
Check before you go home that nothing is still waiting to be sent. گھر جانے سے پہلے دیکھ لیں کہ کوئی آرڈر بھیجنے سے رہ تو نہیں گیا۔
The app is slow, or it hangs ایپ سست ہے یا رک جاتی ہے
  1. Close it fully and open it again. ایپ مکمل بند کر کے دوبارہ کھولیں۔
  2. Check your signal. اپنا سگنل دیکھیں۔
  3. If it happens every day, tell your ASM which screen is slow. اگر روز ہو تو اپنے اے ایس ایم کو بتائیں کہ کون سی اسکرین سست ہے۔
I forgot my PIN میں اپنا پن بھول گیا ہوں

Ask your ASM. A new PIN is sent to you only — never in a group.

اپنے اے ایس ایم سے رابطہ کریں۔ نیا پن صرف آپ کو بھیجا جائے گا، کسی گروپ میں نہیں۔
Never share your PIN with anyone, and never book on someone else's login. اپنا پن کسی کو نہ دیں، اور کسی دوسرے کے لاگ اِن سے آرڈر نہ لیں۔
